Art of the Brick arrives at Union Station
If you're looking for a fun family outing this weekend, Art of the Brick may be for you. The 100-item display features original pieces as well as re-imagined versions of some of the world's most famous art like Van Gogh's Starry Night and Da Vinci's Mona Lisa, all made entirely of LEGOs.
The man behind the art is Nathan Sawaya, a former corporate lawyer turned contemporary artist.
"Once you come in and actually see the physical work, it's a different experience," Sawaya told KMBZ News.
The art itself can't be touched, but there is a space available where visitors can enjoy playing with LEGOs.
Art of the Brick will be at Union Station through May.
